Layer | Your Working image
copy, Layer 2, is now seen as Black & White. Working on this layer (layer
2) : a) On the top menu bar, go to Select > Color Range - picking out the white area b) Then, Layer > New > Layer Via Cut, this selected white area to make the new layer at step. With this new, white, layer linked to the original working copy (2), you have the option of toggling it off/on, making the line image appear against a transparent background or not. |

Work from a
copy of the original image adding each layer in turn.
You may need to try a variation of settings with Poster Edges, and it is possible that layer 6 may not be needed. Layer 5 allows you to see through to any other effects you add to the original image. |
